Councillor
Lois is an Independent Councillor representative for Arbroath East and Lunan. Born and raised in Arbroath, she has a deep connection to the local community that she has served since 2017.
In her role, she’s a member of several committees including Angus Council, Family, Education and Justice, Policy and Resources, Scrutiny and Audit and the Angus Health and Social Care Partnership Integration Joint Board. She is also the Older People’s Champion for Angus.
Lois is committed to ensuring that our places, spaces, and services are accessible to all and that voices that are not often heard within society or local democracy are enabled to participate and influence decision making.
She’s dedicated to addressing local issues and has extensive experience at supporting community projects from small to large scale.
