CEO of Associated Seafoods Ltd

Associated Seafoods Ltd employs more than 700 people in Scotland from the North East to the South West. Associated Seafoods bought R & R Spinks of Arbroath in 2022 and this business now operates under the Lossie Seafoods banner producing various ready to eat seafood products.

Victor has lived on the east coast most his life coming from a fishing family he appreciates the significant contribution seafood and local industry has made to the local economy and is determined that, with careful management and sustainable working practices, this will continue long into the future.

He is passionate about supporting local business, new initiatives and ensuring everyone is given access to opportunities to develop rewarding careers and activities, regardless of their circumstances or background. Demonstrated by his board commitment to Moray DYW and Career Ready. 

Away from his work schedule, Victor is on the board of a number of charities, enjoys a round of golf and spending time with his family.
