The last few weeks have been head down for the Town Board as we work on our submission to the UK Government.

We have to submit our 4 year plan and 10 year vision for Arbroath by 28 November, setting out the views of the community – from the thousands of survey responses to the in person feedback gathered from groups of all ages, backgrounds and interests.

A key consideration is the timing of the £20 million investment, which is shared over a 10-year period. Funding increases as projects progress, with the first year operating on a tighter budget and larger allocations arriving later, subject to Government approval.
