A massive congratulations to Arbroath’s very own Joseph Gall, who has been called up to represent Scotland in wheelchair basketball. What a fantastic achievement for a local rising star! 

Part of the Dundee Dragons, Joseph’s dedication, passion and unwavering spirit have shone through, with Joseph even being awarded Young Player of the Year back in March. 

Now Joseph is taking the next step as he prepares to play internationally. His selection for the national squad speaks volumes about his talent and commitment to the sport.  

Arbroath Town Board Chairman, Peter Stirling said: “What Joseph has achieved already, and now this call up, shows how much hard work and heart he brings. Everyone in Arbroath is right behind him, and we couldn’t be prouder. We’ll be cheering him on every step of the way as he pulls on that Scotland jersey.”
