Wellbeing Momentum Builds Across Arbroath Despite Winter Weather

Even with winter weather making its presence felt, there is a strong sense of positivity and momentum building across Arbroath, particularly around health, wellbeing and community-focused businesses.

A new addition to the High Street, Thirst, will open its doors this Friday 30th January at 286 High Street, operating from 7am to 3pm. The new business will offer feel-good smoothies alongside a clear focus on community wellbeing, adding to the growing mix of health-led enterprises in the town centre.

Thirst joins neighbouring reformer pilates studio Flex, which opened on the High Street last year and has quickly become part of Arbroath’s expanding wellbeing scene.

The focus on health and recovery extends beyond the town centre. Bear Wellbeing, based at Breaking Point Gym in the Elliot Industrial Estate, provides sports massage and recovery support for those looking to improve performance, manage injuries or prioritise physical wellbeing.

Meanwhile, Brothock Biking continues to encourage people of all ages and abilities to get on their bikes — whether for fun, fitness, saving money, improving health, commuting, or simply making cycling part of everyday life in Arbroath.

As January draws to a close, it’s clear there a many local business offering some excellent wellbeing options and inspiration across Arbroath. We can’t wait to see what the better weather brings!
