Richard Swan is Operations Manager at Arbroath FC Community Trust, where he has also served as a volunteer coach since the organisation was founded. Through his work developing local programmes and supporting residents, he has built a deep understanding of the town’s needs and opportunities.

Richard brings experience of partnership working, project development and community engagement to the Town Board. His knowledge of funding, governance and community-led development means he is well placed to help turn ambition into lasting impact for the town.
